Scuba Diving Courses
Offering a wide range of PADI recreational dive courses, from learning to dive, to distinctive specialties. By incorporating my knowledge of yoga, breathwork, meditation and marine conservation, I turn every course into a unique experience.
Freediving Courses
Freediving is the art of diving on a single breath. It is a meditation, a vehicle for exploration, a mode of therapy, and a way of life! Anyone can learn freediving and discover a new world beneath the surface, and uncover the deeper layers of the soul.
Yoga Diver Course
The Yoga Diver Specialty Course can be booked for solo divers or groups of up to 6 divers. The course is held over one full day, or two half days. If you're interested in joining an upcoming Yoga Diver Specialty Course, please feel free to send me an enquiry.
Bespoke Private Diving
A bespoke day out including transfers from your hotel, yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, diving, snorkeling, sighteseeing and lunch. Work on your buoyancy and air-consumption, get your Nitrox or Wreck certification, or just go with the flow.
PADI Distinctive Specialty
PADI Yoga Diver Specialty Course
During this full-day course, you will explore gentle physical movement, breath control and meditation techniques. Through knowledge development, discussion, land-based practice, and two open water dive training sessions, you then learn how to use these practices to enhance your Scuba Diving experience and, in general, to become a more relaxed, focused, happier, healthier person both in and out of the water.
Workshops & Retreats
Workshops aimed at aspiring yogis, scuba divers and freedivers. Learn the fundamentals of yoga, breathwork, general well-being, flexibility, and mental conditioning for diving.
Workshop
Pranayama For Divers
Learn the fundamentals of Pranayama and extend your dives, safely and comfortably. If you slow down your breath with deep controlled breathing you also slow down the heart rate. To be able to dive as safely and as long as possible, the blood should be enriched with oxygen on the one hand, on the other hand, you should be completely calm, and your heartbeat should be slow. The slower your heart rate, the less oxygen you will burn. Book a 90 minute Pranayama session with me, one-on-one or in a group, online or in-person.
Pranayama Breathing Exercises for Scuba Divers & Freedivers
EXTEND YOUR DIVES
Check out my free guide on the basics of Pranayama, and how these exercises can improve our lung capacity and help us gain control over our breath. For scuba divers and freedivers this means longer, safer, more enjoyable dives.
