Scuba Diving Courses

I offer a range of PADI recreational dive courses, from learning to dive, to distinctive specialties. By incorporating my knowledge of yoga, breathwork, meditation and marine conservation, I turn every course into a unique experience.

Freediving Courses

Freediving is the art of diving on a single breath. It is a meditation, a vehicle for exploration, a mode of therapy, and a way of life! Anyone can learn freediving and discover a new world beneath the surface, and uncover the deeper layers of the soul.

Bespoke Private Diving

A bespoke day out including transfers from your hotel, yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, diving, snorkeling, sighteseeing and lunch. Work on your buoyancy and air-consumption, get your Nitrox or Wreck certification, or just go with the flow.

Whether you're taking your first breath underwater or advancing your skills with specialty training, I offer a relaxed and personalised approach to scuba diving education. All of my PADI courses are taught with extra time, care, and attention — blending solid technique with breath awareness, buoyancy control, and calm, confident movement. From beginner to advanced, every course is designed to help you dive better, feel safer, and enjoy the ocean more deeply.

 

A half-day introduction to scuba, ideal for first-timers. Learn basic skills, breathe underwater, and explore the shallows under close supervision. No certification required — just curiosity.

Your first step to becoming a certified diver. This 3–5 day course includes theory, shallow water skills, and four open water dives — teaching you everything you need to dive to 18m anywhere in the world.

Expand your diving skills with five adventure dives, including deep and navigation. Ideal for newly certified divers wanting more confidence, experience, and depth — up to 30m.

Take your diving to the next level with PADI Specialty Courses designed to improve your skills, confidence, and enjoyment underwater. Whether you’re keen to explore deeper, stay longer, or capture your adventures on camera, these courses offer focused training in key areas of diving.

Pranayama For Divers

Learn the fundamentals of Pranayama and extend your dives, safely and comfortably. If you slow down your breath with deep controlled breathing, you also slow down the heart rate. To be able to dive as safely and as long as possible, the blood should be enriched with oxygen on the one hand, and on the other hand, you should be completely calm, and your heartbeat should be slow. The slower your heart rate, the less oxygen you will burn. Book a 90-minute Pranayama session with me, one-on-one or in a group, online or in-person.
