PADI Freediving Courses
Welcome to the world of PADI freediving! Get ready to explore the depths of the ocean and discover the hidden treasures that lie beneath the surface. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced diver, I offer a range of PADI courses to suit your needs.
What's Special About My Courses
Using the PADI diving curriculum as the framework for my courses, I incorporate Yoga, Pranayama (yogis breathwork) and Meditation into all my courses. My focus is not on numbers or ticking off requirements for certifications. I offer you more time to complete a course, more time in the water, personal attention and patience for you to overcome any physical or mental barriers that you may experience.
Yoga
Yoga is important for freediving because it helps improve both the physical and mental aspects of the sport.
By incorporating gentle yoga into all my freediving training courses, I share techniques which help us remain calm, improve our performance, reduce the risk of injury, and enhance the overall freediving experience.
Pranayama
Pranayama, the practice of controlling the breath, is important for freediving because it helps improve breath-holding capabilities and reduce the risk of hyperventilation.
Pranayama helps to calm the mind and reduce anxiety, which is essential for freediving. By focusing on the breath and regulating it, we're able to stay calm and centred underwater, even in challenging conditions.
Meditation
Meditation is an important aspect of our pre-freediving routine, it helps us improve our mental focus, reduces anxiety, and enhances our overall well-being.
Freediving requires a high level of mental clarity, concentration, and calmness, and meditation can help develop these qualities. By practising meditation before our training sessions, we train our minds to stay focused and calm underwater.

Workshops & Retreats
Workshops aimed at aspiring yogis, scuba divers and freedivers. Learn the fundamentals of yoga, breathwork, general well-being, flexibility, and mental conditioning for diving.
Workshop
Pranayama For Divers
Learn the fundamentals of Pranayama and extend your dives, safely and comfortably. If you slow down your breath with deep controlled breathing you also slow down the heart rate. To be able to dive as safely and as long as possible, the blood should be enriched with oxygen on the one hand, on the other hand, you should be completely calm, and your heartbeat should be slow. The slower your heart rate, the less oxygen you will burn. Book a 90 minute Pranayama session with me, one-on-one or in a group, online or in-person.
Pranayama Breathing Exercises for Scuba Divers & Freedivers
EXTEND YOUR DIVES
Check out my free guide on the basics of Pranayama, and how these exercises can improve our lung capacity and help us gain control over our breath. For scuba divers and freedivers this means longer, safer, more enjoyable dives.
